Availability of hotels, flights, transportation, activities, and other services is subject to confirmation by the respective service providers.

5. Documents & Traveler Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information and ensuring that they have valid travel documents, including passports and any required visas or permits.
KASA Holidays may provide guidance regarding travel documentation, but the final responsibility for meeting immigration and entry requirements rests with the traveler.
6. Changes to Bookings
Requests to change travel dates, hotels, destinations, activities, or other arrangements are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Any applicable change or amendment charges will be communicated to the traveler before the change is confirmed.
7. Hotels & Services
Hotel rooms, transportation, sightseeing, activities, and other services are subject to availability.
In exceptional circumstances, a service provider may make changes to the originally planned arrangement. Where reasonably possible, KASA Holidays will assist in arranging a suitable alternative.
8. Flights
Where flights are included or arranged, flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances, cancellations, and changes are subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.
Any airline-related charges will be applicable as per the airline’s policies.
9. Travel Insurance
Travelers are encouraged to obtain suitable travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, delays, and other travel-related risks.
10. Limitation of Liability
KASA Holidays acts as a travel service provider/arranger and works with third-party hotels, airlines, transportation providers, activity operators, and other suppliers.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the services confirmed in your booking. However, KASA Holidays shall not be responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, flight disruptions, political events, or other force majeure circumstances.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, package availability, prices, hotel information, attractions, schedules, and other details may change without prior notice.
